Members, we have been made aware that many of you have been issued new debit cards with an incorrect name. The cause was a faulty card file from the prior vendor. The incorrect cards are in process of being corrected and resent currently and should arrive within 1-2 weeks. If you have been issued an incorrect card please retain the card with the incorrect name until you receive the corrected replacement. We apologize for any and all confusion or frustration this has caused.
Once activated, your new card will begin working on March 20, 2023. Do not destroy your existing card until that date. There will be NO overlap in card service.

A brand-new security feature for you is choosing your PIN on your First Oklahoma Federal Credit Union Visa Debit/ATM Card with just a phone call! When you receive your Debit/ATM card, call the number on the card and follow the prompts. First, we will ask you a few questions to verify you are the cardholder. You’ll then be asked to select your unique PIN. This activates your card, and you’re ready to go!
To ensure no interruption with recurring or preauthorized payments (such as monthly utility bills, insurance payments, subscriptions), contact the merchant on or after March 20, 2023, with your new card number and expiration date.
