Growing Together for a Stronger Future

First Oklahoma & Green Country FCU Merger

Latest Press Release

IMPORTANT BRANCH UPDATE June17th

Exciting Updates: Our New Midtown Tulsa Branch is Open & System Integration Timeline Announced!

We have some fantastic news to share! Our new Midtown Tulsa branch at 2516 E. 15th St. is officially open for lobby business.

When we made the decision to relocate from Denver Avenue, our goal was to provide a safer, accessible space for you. We’re thrilled to welcome you into the new lobby! Plus, we're just getting started—plans are actively in development to add a multi-lane drive-in service and a deposit-taking smart ATM to this location later this year. Until then, you still have access to the ATM Zone network.

The Next Step: Unifying Our Systems

To support our growing footprint and unlock more financial tools for you, we are preparing to complete the final phase of our merger. At the beginning of September, we will merge First Oklahoma’s core data system into Green Country’s network.

Please note this important operational schedule:

· Monday, Aug. 31st: First Oklahoma phone banking, online banking, mobile apps and bill pay will be down after business hours.

· Tuesday, Sept. 1st: All 5 Green Country locations will be closed to facilitate the data merge.

· Wednesday, Sept. 2nd: We will reopen under one unified system!

o Branches open, members will have access through Green Country online and mobile as well as phone banking.

o Bill Pay will be unavailable until after Labor Day.

o E-statements will be unavailable until after Labor Day

What This Means for First Oklahoma Members

Changes On September 2nd:

· Online & Mobile Banking: Access will move to the Green Country website and mobile app.

· Bill Pay & E-Statements: These features will be updated to the new platform the following weekend and be available after Labor Day.

· Account Numbers: To prevent system duplication, a small number of members will receive updated account numbers. If you are affected, we will reach out to you directly with plenty of advance notice and support.

· ATM & Debit Cards: First Oklahoma debit cards will still work. We will reissue new Green Country cards before the end of the year.

There are still details of the merger and conversion that are in development, so please keep an eye out for announcements in the mail, on social media, our website, statements and online banking, as well as in branches.
